Intro
Morgan Creek is a deluxe planned community built around one of BC’s best golf courses. Named after homesteaders William and Margaret Ann Morgan in 1885, today Morgan Creek is a meticulously groomed exclusive neighbourhood in South Surrey. 

Location
With more than twenty blueberry farms in the area and bordered by large portions of the Agricultural Land Reserve, Morgan Creek and Rosemary Heights are located with 40th Avenue to the north, 32nd Avenue to the south, 168th Street to the east and 152nd Street to the west in South Surrey.

Home to Morgan Creek Park and numerous green trails in the neighbourhood, plus the new Grandview Heights Aquatic Centre is located just down 160th Street.
