Location
Located east of Sunnyside and south of Morgan Creek, the borders of Grandview Heights are 32nd Avenue to the north, 20th Ave to the south, 176th Street (HWY 15) to the east, and Highway 99 to the west.

Schools
Sunnyside and Pacific Heights elementary schools are both within the neighbourhood. Most high school students attend Earl Marriott Secondary near White Rock, but some will head to Semiahmoo Secondary, officially accredited with an International Baccalaureate High School Program. The prestigious independent Southridge School (offering grades K -12) is also in the immediate area.

There is also the newly completed Grandview Heights Aquatic Centre, located at the corner of 168th Street and 24th Avenue, with a 10-lane, 50-metre competitive main pool, spectator seating, sliding center, hot tub, and fully equipped modern fitness center.
