Elgin Chantrell is accessed from the first South Surrey/White Rock exit off of HWY 99. It is primarily a residential community and bordered by the Nicomekl River to the North, King George to the East, Sunnyside Park to the South, and Crescent Beach/Ocean Park to the West. This area includes South Surrey’s most desirable carefully planned neighbourhoods, some backing onto greenbelts.

Recreation
The Nico-Wynd public golf course is a great after work relaxer or weekend afternoon getaway. The course is also home to tennis courts and access to the Semiahmoo trails along Nicomekl River. Crescent Park and Dogwood “Dog” Park are two other popular spots in the area to get outside.
