Location
Ocean Park is the most western part of the Semiahmoo Peninsula, bounded by the waters of Semiahmoo Bay and Boundary Bay. On land, Ocean Park borders the neighbourhood of Crescent Beach to the north and the city of White Rock to the east. Crescent Beach is a beachside community within South Surrey, next to Boundary Bay and Mud Bay across from Delta.

Crescent Beach has one commercial district along Beecher Street featuring high-end restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours and unique shops. Ocean Park hosts the Ocean Park Shopping Centre just minutes away anchored by Safeway. The area has all your needs covered: restaurants, Surrey public library, Starbucks, dentists, banks, bakery, butcher, the Ocean Park Pub and much more. The larger Semiahmoo Shopping Centre is also only a few minutes away down 16th Ave.
Recreation
There are two waterfront walks in Ocean Park: 1001 Steps Park and the stairs at 128th Street near Kwomais Park. Both provide waterfront access and nature trails. Ocean Park Shoreline Walk is a beautiful tidal-beach walk. Crescent Beach is home to the Crescent Beach Swim Club, a local club that offers swimming, sailing, tennis, water polo, and triathlon lessons to kids. Visit Crescent Beach for a fun day of sun on the seaside. Enjoy swimming, beach volleyball, scenic views, nature trails and a large grassy area ideal for a blanket picnic. Crescent Beach is also home to the Crescent Beach Pier and Blackie Spit Regional Park, both local landmarks.
